Larry Jones
President

Mr. Jones has over 20 years of managerial and operational health care experience. Following the merger with Ambulatory Services of America in 2007, Mr. Jones assumed the role of President of the Innovative Dialysis Systems business unit. As President, he has overall responsibilities for directing the company’s dialysis business. Mr. Jones joined Innovative Dialysis Systems, Inc in 1993 as Vice President of Operations and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for all aspects of overall operations, strategic planning and physician relationships. He began his dialysis experience with the Renal Division of Baxter Healthcare in various sales and sales management positions. Mr. Jones holds Bachelor Degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Kent State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

Rich Lane
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lane joined IDS in 2000. He has over 20 years experience in health care management. Prior to joining Innovative Dialysis Systems, Inc., Mr. Lane was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of CliniShare, a division of Unihealth, Inc. Mr. Lane started his career in public accounting with Arthur Young. Mr. Lane oversees all financial, treasury, tax and reporting matters. Mr. Lane holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from University of California Los Angeles.

Vincent W. Dennis M.D.
Senior Medical Advisor

Dr. Dennis provides medical leadership to IDS Dialysis. Dr. Dennis served at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio in a multitude of roles, most recently as the Chairman of Department of Nephrology and Hypertension from 1992 to 2005. He was instrumental in the creation of Ohio Renal Care Group, a joint venture among the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the MetroHealth System, and Renal Care Group, and served as Chairman of that Board. He received his Bachelors of Science and M.D. degrees from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and completed his Nephrology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, where he served on the faculty as Professor of Medicine and Chief of Nephrology.

Barry Gilliland
Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Gilliland has over 25 years of Renal industry experience working on both the supplier and provider sides of the business. He began his Renal career with Baxter Healthcare Renal Division holding several sales and sales leadership positions. He most recently spent several years at Amgen leaving as the Nephrology Business Unit National Account Director. Mr. Gilliland holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University.

Richard Van Der Plas
Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Van Der Plas has been involved in the dialysis industry for over twenty years, serving in a number of capacities including technical, patient care and administrative positions. He is currently the Southwest Vice President of NANT. Mr. Van Der Plas is responsible for the daily operations and fiscal oversight of multiple dialysis facilities in California. In addition, Mr. Van Der Plas provides education, technical expertise and support to all of the Innovative Dialysis Systems facilities.

Jessica Jones
Vice President, Patient Accounts

Ms. Jones joined IDS in May 1989 and therefore has over twenty years of dialysis patient account experience. Ms. Jones held the position of Accounts Receivable Manager, and was promoted to Vice President of Patient Accounts in April 2002. Ms. Jones is primarily responsible for revenue management, and oversees all billing, collection and contracting related functions. Prior to joining IDS, Ms. Jones worked in other capacities in the healthcare industry for over five years. Ms. Jones holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University.

Hal Porter
Vice President, Information Technology

Mr. Porter is responsible for the organization's Information Technology and has over 20 years of multi-industry experience in government, manufacturing, healthcare, biotech and information management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Porter was the Director of Information Technology for BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in the development and commercialization of drug-device combination products with an emphasis on musculoskeletal injuries and diseases. Prior to BioMimetic Therapeutics, Mr. Porter was the Director of Information Technology for Gibson Guitar Corporation, and Director of Internet Services for Theraphysics Corporation in Nashville, TN. Mr. Porter received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Harding University.

Corporate Compliance Officer for IDS, Risk Manager for IDS, and manages all aspects of HIPPA Privacy. Responsible for oversight of Quality Improvement and Regulatory departments. Editor, IDS Newsletter and responsible for annual meeting of IDS Facility Directors. Responsible for IDS Policy and Procedure Manuals. Involved in dialysis for over thirty-five years as a renal dietitian and writing and administering a wide range of programs. Previously served as President of the California Dialysis Counsel and on the ESRD Network 17 Medical Review Board. Served two terms on ESRD Network 18 Medical Review Board and one term on the Network 18 Board of Directors.

Cindy Leyes
Vice President of Operations

Ms. Leyes’s responsibilities include operational management of multi-state facilities within the Midwest region of IDS. Ms. Leyes has over 20 years clinical, research, operations, and managerial work experience within academic and industry ESRD provider settings. Prior to joining Innovative Dialysis Services, Ms. Leyes served as Regional Vice President within Fresenius Medical Care from 2006 to 2008 where her responsibilities included overall management, strategic planning, and business development for the Missouri Region. Ms. Leyes served in various managerial roles within Renal Care Group, Inc., from 1996-2006 with the majority of her responsibilities consisting of multi-state program oversight, new market development, and new program integration. Her history in the field of Nephrology originated at St. Louis University’s Nephrology Division in St. Louis Missouri where she was responsible for the coordination of the Division’s practice patient services, and clinical research studies. Ms. Leyes holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University and a Masters of Business Administration from Maryville University’s School of Business.

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of facilities in a multi-state area. Ms. Wisher held a variety of clinical management positions for large dialysis providers as well as IDS and has over thirty years of dialysis experience in a variety of settings, including hospital-based, for profit and international providers, as well as IDS.

Responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the human resources department. Ms. Hicks has almost twenty years experience in all aspects of human resources management in a variety of settings, including healthcare in both hospitals and physician groups, and as a consultant.
