As
a part of our management services agreement IDS
is responsible for:
The site selection process
Working with the architect and
completing the facility drawings
The competitive bid process for
the construction phase
Overseeing the construction phase
The licensure and certification
process
Staff recruiting and training
Facility opening
Planning & Construction
Actively work with the physician
partners and architect to assist in the design
and construction of the facility.
Establish and monitor a construction
budget. Make payouts as required.
Experience in incorporating the
local, state, and federal requirements into the
design and building of the facility.
Will administer and manage the
contractor selection process.
Monitor and work with the contractor
to get the facility built on time an on budget.
Licensing & Certification
IDS will:
Complete and submit state license
and Medicare certification information to the
appropriate agencies
Obtain Medicare and Medicaid
provider numbers for the facility
Coordinate and assist with the
final licensure and certification survey Expect
this entire process to take 9-12 months |
